Colin Lawson - aka "Awesome Lawson" hails from Atherton in Tropical Far North Queensland, Owner and operator of Extreme Motorcycles. Lawson was previously a motorcycle tour guide in early 2000 when he returned from the UK.

He is a qualified motorcycle mechanic which has proven to be a valuable asset when racing in enduro events, where machines are punished as much as the riders.

Lawson will be competing in most of the major quad events for 2010, Firstly defending his title in the condo 750, then Thumb pump 300, followed by Kamfari, Finke, Safari and the Gascoyne dash.

Lawson is also building a purpose built bike to attempt the "Quad land speed record" later on in the year.
