G'day, Mick Andrewartha from 47industries here, or Mick@47 as everyone knows me.

47industries has been managing the Aussie Can-am X-Team for 2 years now, going on to our third. The team is comprised of riders of all disciplines of ATV riding from off road and navigational desert racing to Motocross and even dabbling in the occasional speedway and drag racing event as well. We try and cover a full cross section of riders including Vet's and juniors, as my goal has always been to promote the sport at every level, not just the Pro Class Motocrossers. 47 does a lot of promotional work in the ATV industry, including running our own off road events in the Thumb Pump 300 and the Highbeam 100 night race. We attend most of the major off road and motocross ATV events in the country to support our riders as well as the events, often stepping in as an official to lend a hand. Being a Motorcycling Australia Steward, Clerk of Course, Scrutineer and Coach often comes in handy in these situations.

We are probably best known for our work as ATV Film Makers, still a passion for us. Most of our films have been distributed on the cover of Australian ATV Action Magazine, however with the launch of our E-Magazine "thumbpump.com", we will be releasing many of our new projects through this site as free downloads.

We also run the "47industries Coaching Clinics" including free introductory coaching for juniors and senior first timers. On top of all of this, 2010 will see the first of our Corporate Adventure Tours across the Simpson Desert. Needless to say, we have a busy year in front of us.

My goal for 2010, besides running the Spyder Experience national road show for BRP Australia (parent company to Can-am) is to support our X-Team to continue promoting the sport as well as the fantastic range of Can-am products, and of course, to get our riders onto the podium as regularly as we can.
